Portrait of Philippe de Montmorency - Count Horn, Governor of Geldern, Admiral of Flanders, member of the State Council of the Netherlands, together with Count Egmont, lit the torch of the Eighty Years' War. After his execution, the County of Horn was transferred to the Bishopric of Liège.
