Portrait of Baron Menno van Kuhorn or Minno de Kehorn, also Kuhorn, Koohorn, Cohorn - a Dutch military engineer who made a significant contribution to the development of fortification, the creator of one of the variations of the bastion fortification system. Most of his activity fell on the period of the wars between France and the Netherlands.
